Practical guides to presenting claims against the IOPC Funds. Claimants in Member States of the 1992 Fund should consult the 1992 Fund Claims Manual and claimants wishing to make claims against the 1971 Fund should look at the 1971 Fund Claims Manual. Each Manual briefly describes the Funds' history and legal background, what types of claims are considered admissible and how to present a claim.
